The Zondervan Site Licensing program is available to organizations or institutions for concurrent usage of Zondervan software. We permit software use on the licensee’s institutional computers (may not be copied to an individual’s personal computer), and include free technical support from the Zondervan Support Center.

Licensing Fee

From 5-100 computers: 50% discount off the retail price of the software. For example, a college purchasing a site license for the Scholar’s Edition with a computer lab of 20 computers would pay $3,500 (20 computers times ½ price of the software). 100+ computers: 55% discount off the retail price. Fee includes one copy of the software. Additional CDs are available upon request (up to the number purchased). Institution must provide the serial numbers of the computers the software will be installed on.

Upgrade Option

A licensee may upgrade from one edition of the Zondervan Bible Study Library to another (i.e. Leader’s Edition to the Scholar’s Edition).  They will receive credit for the amount of the initial purchase toward the purchase of the upgraded edition. The upgrade must be secured within the first six months of ownership to take advantage of this offer.

Campus Sale

Any campus bookstore with orders from at least 30 students (on a single title) can receive a 60% discount on their order allowing a 40% discount to the students. This can be a one-time promotion each school year. Zondervan will provide promotional flyers for the campus store to use to spread the word to students and professors.

Enterprise Edition

This is available to organizations or institutions that would like to install Zondervan software on their entire system via a network (such as an entire college campus). The program is for The Zondervan Bible Study Library: Scholar’s Edition.  The organization pays Zondervan $25 per student enrolled per semester (school may decide if part-time students are to be included in the usage and fee) once their enrollment has been confirmed for the semester. Participation for a minimum of 2 years is required. One CD-ROM will be provided. Licensee must provide the serial number of the server where the software will reside. Additional copies of the software will be sent as requested for use by students when not connected to the network (not to exceed the number of students enrolled per semester).
