Compatibility: This software is compatible with Windows® 95, 98, and Windows NT®. It is also compatible with Macintosh OS 7.6 or above (Classic only on OS X).
Q. How can I tell if my computer meets the system requirements listed on this software?
A. PC: There are several things you can tell by right-clicking on the My Computer icon on your desktop and choosing Properties. The resulting screen will show you what kind of computer you have, which version of Windows you are running, and how much RAM you have installed.
If you double-click on My Computer and then right-click on the drive you would like to install the software on and finally choose Properties, the resulting screen will tell you if you have enough hard drive space available.
Mac: There are several things you can tell by going to the Apple menu and choosing About this Computer. On the resulting screen, you will see the OS you are running as well as how much memory you have installed. Other information is also available.
Q. I get an error message “cannot find the install in setup32. The folder is not available.” What does this mean?
A. You need to upgrade your copy of Windows. Please contact Microsoft for help with this.
Q. When I import the images into Print Shop, it cuts them off and puts lines in the graphic. Why does this happen?
A. Print Shop does not support our program.
Q. How can I make the image lighter, like a shadow?
A. Go into the Kudo browser (within the program) and select brightness option.
Q. How do I find the free font, THUD?
A. From your Start menu (bottom left corner of the screen) choose Settings and Control Panel and Fonts. Find THUD in the list of fonts. Double-click it, and close the font window. It should appear in your word processing program.
