    Get Lost in Jerusalem

Compatibility: This software is compatible with Windows® 95, 98, 2000, ME, and Windows NT®.

    Q. How can I tell if my computer meets the system requirements listed on this software?

    A. There are several things you can tell by right-clicking on the My Computer icon on your desktop and choosing Properties. The resulting screen will show you what kind of computer you have, which version of Windows you are running, and how much RAM you have installed.

If you double-click on My Computer and then right-click on the drive you would like to install the software on and finally choose Properties, the resulting screen will tell you if you have enough hard drive space available.

    Q. Can I print one of the pictures?

    A. These pictures are copyrighted. They cannot be reproduced for monetary gain. The only way to print them would be to do a Print Screen, paste them into another application, then print from there.

    Q. What is the registration number for installation?

    A. This screen is part of the Quick Time program. Just leave it blank.

    Q. The first screen comes up with a message saying “Where is e:/director movies/ opening. Look in…” What does this mean?

    A. Your computer is probably abbreviating all of your file names and the program is unable to recognize them. Please contact Microsoft for information on how to change that setting.

    Q. I can’t open anything from the list of sites or panoramas. If I open the images from the CD, I can see them, but the arrows do not work. When I try to open them from the program it gives me a Director Player Error, "Sorry, this movie is damaged. Could not find chunk: chunk id=’FCRD<9|H|… Resource ID=0000." What is wrong?

    A. You do not have enough RAM to run the images in the program. It takes less RAM to run them outside the program because you are only looking at one picture at a time. Inside the program they are all connected and take more RAM to run.

    Q. I am getting a Director Player error and can't do anything.  What's wrong?

    A. Your color setting needs to be changed to at least 16 bit.  To do so, right click on your Desktop and choose Properties.  Then click on the Settings tab and change the colors there.

    Q. Can I copy and paste the images?

    A. No, the images cannot be copied.

    Q. How do I register this software?

    A. You can register your software right here online.

    Q. My question hasn’t been answered. Now what?

    A. Please click here technical support form and choose Software Technical Support from the first drop down menu
