    Good $ense Budget Course

This software is compatible with Windows® 95, 98, 2000 and Windows NT®. It also works with Mac OS 9.0.4 and 9.1 (Classic only in OS X).

    Q. How can I tell if my computer meets the system requirements listed on this software?

    A. PC: By right-clicking the My Computer icon on your desktop and choosing Properties, you can find out what kind of computer you have, which version of Windows you are running, and how much RAM you have installed.

If you double-click My Computer and then right-click the drive you would like to install the software on and finally choose Properties, the resulting screen will tell you if you have enough hard drive space available.

Mac: There are several things you can tell by going to the Apple menu and choosing About this Computer. On the resulting screen, you will see the OS that you are running as well as how much memory you have installed. Other information is also available.

    Q. Why can't I edit these slides?

    A. If you do not have a full version of PowerPoint® and are just using the viewer that was included on the CD-ROM, you cannot make any changes to the slides.

    Q. When I click on a PDF file, I see Acrobat start to launch, but why doesn't the file ever appear?

    A. You have a full version of Acrobat set as your default to open PDF files. If you want to use the full version of Acrobat to edit the PDF files on this CD, you may do so, but you will need to launch Acrobat and open the files within it. If you just want to view the files, launch Acrobat Reader and then click on a PDF file and it will display normally.

    Q. How do I edit the PDF files?

    A. They were meant to be examples, and not specific to your church, but if you have a full version of Acrobat, you can edit them.

    Q. I am getting a Director Player error and can't do anything.  What's wrong?

    A. Your color setting needs to be changed to at least 16 bit.  To do so, right click on your Desktop and choose Properties.  Then click on the Settings tab and change the colors there.

    Q. How do I register this software?

    A. You can register your software right here online.

    Q. My question hasn’t been answered. Now what?

    A. Please click here technical support form and choose Software Technical Support from the first drop down menu.
