Compatibility: This software is compatible with Windows^® 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP and Windows NT^®.

A. There are several things you can tell by right-clicking on the My Computer icon on your desktop and choosing Properties. The resulting screen will show you what kind of computer you have, which version of Windows you are running, and how much RAM you have installed.

If you double-click on My Computer and then right-click on the drive you would like to install the software on and finally choose Properties, the resulting screen will tell you if you have enough hard drive space available.

Q. How do I open the program after I have installed it?

A. After you have installed the program using a typical installation, you do not have to use the CD-Rom to access the program. Instead, go to the Start menu; choose Programs, then Zondervan and finally Halley's Bible Handbook.

If you did a compact installation, you do need to insert the CD-ROM in order to use the program. On the screen that automatically comes up, click Exit. The go to your Start menu and choose Programs, then Zondervan and finally Halley's Bible Handbook.

Q. Why is there not a STEP Reader with this software and why won’t these books show up in my STEP Reader?

A. When this software was produced, the STEP Reader was not available to Zondervan. These books are not in STEP format.

Q. How can I make a shortcut on my desktop to the program?

A. Double-click My Computer, your C drive, Program Files, Zondervan, and Reference. Then right-click zrs32.exe and choose Create Shortcut. Drag this shortcut out to your desktop.

Q. Why can't I change what size font prints?

A. That is a bug in this version of the software and will be fixed in the next release.
